    Yes. Yes, we offer 24/7 support during your trip. This is an Extra feature. You can contact us in case of any problems or questions and I will assist you.
  • How long does it take to prepare a personalized travel plan?
    Preparing a travel plan usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the requirements and the season.
  • How much does a personalized travel plan cost?
    The cost of a standard personalized Travel Plan depends on lengh of the trip and their price can be found here. However, price of a Travel Plan with Extra feautres depends on various factors, such as the length of the trip, chosen services to buy/reserve, number and frequency of inquires. Please contact me for an individual quote.
  • Do you book flights and accommodations too?
    Yes, I can also book your flights and accommodation, and organize your entire trip from start to finish. I operate legally as a licensed Tour Operator. Please note: when you purchase a Personal Travel Plan, you're buying just the plan. Full trip organization is an additional service.
  • What are Extra features?
    You may buy extra features additionally, after receiving your Travel Plan. You can add none, just some of them or all you wish to be taken care of. Their price is calculated as a 5% provision of the final price paid to the service provider. Remote care during the trip and restaurant table booking are calculated differently.   • Can I make changes to the travel plan after receiving it?
    Yes, we offer the possibility to make changes to the received travel plan. Contact me, and we will adjust the plan to your needs till you are fully satisfied.
  • What if I don’t like the plan?
    I will modify it as long as it takes. I want you to love your plan.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    The refund policy depends on the stage of the plan preparation. Please contact us for detailed information on refund options.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, online payments, BLIK and Paypal. Contact me in case of doubts.
